* Slander and Libel – This allows us to sue you and obtain a monetary judgment against you on which we can then attach bank accounts, real estate and personal property. Plus we can access your home owner’s insurance policy which provides some coverage for this.

* Criminal Charges – In some circumstances, a person’s conduct can arise to a criminal charge.
The Georgia Code, Title 16, Section 16-1-2 (1) states:
“The general purposes of this title are: (1) To forbid and prevent conduct which unjustifiably and inexcusably causes or threatens substantial harm to individual or public interests;”
Your buddies who help you can be in trouble too: 16-2-20(a) states: “Every person concerned in the commission of a crime is a party thereto and may be charged with and convicted of commission of the crime……or Intentionally aids or abets in the commission of the crime; or Intentionally advises, encourages, hires, counsels, or procures another to commit the crime.”
If you are hiding behind a business entity, sorry. 16-2-22(a) states: "A corporation may be prosecuted for the act or omission constituting a crime…”
16-8-16 states: "Theft by extortion (a) A person commits the offense of theft by extortion when he unlawfully obtains property of or from another person by threatening to…Disseminate any information tending to subject any person to hatred, contempt, or ridicule or to impair his credit or business repute…”
You decide to keep calling us? 16-11-39.1 states: "Harassing Phone Calls (a) A person commits the offense of harassing phone calls if such person telephones another person repeatedly, whether or not conversation ensues, for the purpose of annoying, harassing, or molesting another person or the family of such other person; uses over the telephone language threatening bodily harm; telephones and intentionally fails to hang up or disengage the connection; or knowingly permits any telephone under such person's control to be used for any purpose prohibited by this subsection.”

Unfortunately for you, Mechanic's is not the kind of Company to just "roll over" and take the abuse. Mechanic's will refer any consumer abuses by you to "Mechanic's Responds.com News, LLC". I can assure you Mechanic's Responds.com News, LLC WILL PUBLICALLY "Respond" to your abuses IN YOUR NAME with a "DOT COM".
